What contract do we use?
We use a standard residential contract.
Are there any clauses that need to be added?
Yes. We include a sublet clause, as well as an exit clause in the unlikely event that council rejects our permit.

Do you install cameras at the property for safety?
Yes. We install external Ring cameras as part of the guest check-in process. Additionally, we use Minut noise monitoring devices inside the property, which alert us if noise levels exceed acceptable standards.
